Our Story

100REP was founded by Saurabh Thapa, a fitness coach and athlete who believes that true fitness is not defined by how the body looks, but by how well it moves. His journey into fitness began through sports, where performance depended on more than strength. Real athletic ability requires mobility, balance, agility, endurance, and control over the body. Those early experiences shaped the philosophy that would later become 100REP.

Saurabh’s deeper fitness journey began in 2003, and over the years he noticed a growing gap in the industry. People were working out more than ever, yet many were moving worse than ever. Most programs focused on aesthetics and quick transformations while ignoring mobility, posture, stamina, and joint health. That realization led to the creation of a movement-first approach to training.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Saurabh rebuilt a struggling CrossFit facility into Stride Box, a community-driven space for functional training. Around the same time, he launched 100REP Online, live coaching sessions designed for busy professionals who needed structured guidance but couldn’t always train at a gym. At its core, 100REP exists to help people build sustainable fitness in the middle of busy modern lives.
