Stride Box is the physical CrossFit training space within the 100REP ecosystem. Instead of working out alone or hiring a personal trainer, members train in structured group classes led by experienced coaches.

Each session is designed to develop every aspect of fitness, from strength and mobility to endurance and movement control, through functional training. What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a training system built around constantly varied functional movements like lifting, running, jumping, and bodyweight exercises. Workouts are performed in coach-led group sessions, typically lasting around 60 minutes.

Instead of isolating muscles, CrossFit trains the body as a complete system, helping you become stronger, more mobile, and more capable in everyday life.
