The founder and head coach of 100REP, bringing over 23 years of experience in fitness and sports. He has competed as a state and national-level athlete in sprinting, kabaddi, and football, and is certified in CrossFit and fitness nutrition. Having previously worked in corporate roles himself, he understands the physical demands of modern desk jobs and designs programs specifically to address them.

Pradeep leads the coaching team at 100REP, focusing on structured functional training and safe movement. With years of experience guiding members of all fitness levels, he helps people build strength, improve mobility, and stay consistent in their fitness journey.
